I was the only designer working closely with a project manager and CTO.

The first product, DataTech was focused on their residential properties with the users needs being to create portfolios, a data ingestion process for 1000’s of properties at once, collecting property data such as property ratings, audience, location and liquidity. This would allow asset managers to create accurate valuations based on real data, instead of opinion.

The client was so happy with the outcome of this project that we ended up doing another project. The second product, AssetTech was focused on managing the companies commercial properties across Europe. Their asset manages needed a single and seamless place to be able to log and track tenants, units, occupancy rates, net rent, cost manager, cash manager, audit and to be alerted when deadlines were approaching.
